Thank
you for your recent interest in
the rapidly expanding Extreme Motorsports
Expo. Allow me first to introduce
the event to you and your company
by providing some background information.
We began our show at the Orange
County Fairgrounds in May of 2003
with two buildings of exhibits,
and great success. Since that time
we have more than tripled the show
in size participants and consumers,
utilizing all six exhibit halls,
and largely increased our advertising
budget to a whopping $300,000.
The 2004 and 2005 Extreme Motorsports
Expo expanded to four buildings
and received nationally acclaimed
reviews. Newell Dunn with the Sand
Sports Magazine said that “with
the wide mix of all types of off-roaders
that came to the event during the
weekend, we would have to agree
that the show was a huge success.
We had a great time and are looking
forward to returning next year for
what promises to be an even bigger
show”.
And a bigger show it was.
The 2005 and 2006 shows elevated
EME to new heights. Funco, Sunspensions
Unlimited, Poison Spyder Customs,
Extreme Performance, and other industry
leaders joined the event, bringing
with them crowds that were unmatched
by any third year show. Exhibitors
were amazed at the new buyers brought
to the three day event through an
advertising agenda which targets
the novice looking to buy. Grant
George, owner of Funco Motorsports
said, “If
I had to describe Extreme MotorSports
Expo in one word: Fantastic, Super,
Successful, Busy, Well managed.”
Rocky Trevino, owner of Cycle Parts
West added, “Friday
nights attendance was off the charts.
This was one of the best family
events ever. What ever you need
it's here.”
The 6th annual Extreme Motorsports
Expo grew in size and stature yet
again. The industry's leading companies
exhibited in six buildings as well
as nearly every inch of the 28 acres
outside. Mike Lyon of Off-Road.com
wrote, “The
Extreme Motorsports Expo held in
Costa Mesa , CA was a huge event
for off-road enthusiasts. The three
day even had hundreds of exhibitors
with a wide range of off-road products.
From lifted trucks and toy haulers
to sand cars, ATV's, and even a
few rock crawlers, the show had
it all!” Additionally, Andy
Myers of Sand Industry Magazine
referred to the Expo as ‘established'
meaning, he said, “that
spectators are marking their calendars
and have already scheduled the event
on their next years list of things
to do.”
Looking forward to 2008 we
are excited to further wow the industry
with another amazing event. With
the huge amount of publicity we
have received and the number of
exhibitors who are returning and
telling others about the show we
are certain it will be an even bigger
success. Outdoor Sports World and
the Orange County Fairgrounds are
now staking their claim on the world
of power sport exhibitions, fusing
together a gamut of horsepower that
you won't want to miss.
I look forward to working
with you, and hope that you and
your company will be able to attend
this one of a kind experience. Space
is very limited, so contact us as
soon as possible at 949.370.7680
Yours
in Prosperity,
